I know their tactics at the SFS. They spin the turnstiles ten times for every one spectator.

    There'll be 500 tops and they'll call it 5000.

In all seriousness, why would they do that. I know people who really believe this happens. However, the Roosters would have to pay tax on every paying customer. So why would they inflate the figure meaning they would have to pay extra tax?

It's not the Roosters that do it, the stadium staff do it so they can justify the money (which is a lot) that is paid by the ministry for sport to them each year for maintenance. And the shops that rent space are charged accordingly to how many people are in the stadium.

I am a fairweather fan but I will be there because I promised some clients I would take them.

I have a season pass so I'll be there.

Plenty of good pubs in Paddington to drink afterwards.

OK, fair enough, that makes more sense.

If the Roosters wanted to boost their numbers, they just have to say season pass holder who weren't there, did turn up.

I'll be there on Saturday anyway.

                  "Clients"?

So I am guessing you are either a lawyer or a prostitute.

It's alright with me, I am fond of both professions.

Seriously though, with how bad we are going when is our opposition finally going to themselves "not turn up" to a game, assuming it is already won? I mean how many times over the years, when we have had great performing sides, have our side done just that against "weak" opposition and got nailed by them?

Surely it is time for one of our opponents to "take us lightly"??
