I can not believe the so called experts on here that cant see that Gordon signing with us is all about getting experience into the young side we have at the moment. Mitchell will learn how to play fullback, NRL wise from a noted performer like Gordon. The reason we are in a mess like we are is because we don't have a talker from fullback when we are defending. This is something we lack big time. Gordon is wonderful at this. Just think back to early Parramatta this year, They were the best defending side going around at the time, that's because they had a fullback that directed them around the park in defence. Gordon is still a great fullback & we are lucky to be getting somone as good as him to help latrell this early in his career. he can also play in other positions as well & is a very good Goalkicker.

I can believe it mate, agree with you 100 per cent. Unless we are getting a Hayne or a Thurston or a Tedesco, Taumalolo or all of them they won't be happy. I mean ffs it's not as if we will be paying him marquee money.

Personally i think Robbo via unforeseen circumstances has made a meal of blooding our future stars.

Signing Gordon, albeit midway through the season, is a step in the right direction.

- A solid defender

- Will be cheap

Latrell can move into the Centers/Wing and become the Inglis clone we know he can be without the pressure. Latrell in the 3/4 line also means we can punt Toupo.

The worlds best player was also born in 1983 a continues to shred teams apart on a weekly basis.
This will automatically strengthen 2 positions. Our D will also significantly improve with his organisational skills and positional play.
