Williamson and Gelling should be elevated to first grade and we should persist with them like we've persisted with Pearce.

I agree Red, but first and foremost we need to put together a coaching staff capable of developing and improving the young blokes and actually enabling them to reach their potential.

Stuart was a total failure at it and I don't reckon Fittler's much better.

We can have the best younguns out there but if they're not guided and developed properly, on and off the field, then there's a good chance they'll fall by the wayside and won't reach great heights.
