With us, when you hear our players and coaches talk, the Rooster culture is palpable. So much of it is down to Robbo. He has married the magnificent and proud history with a steely hard no excuses edge that is just incredible. Robbo has taken this great club to another level. And he's gotten EVERYONE to buy in. He is the greatest thing that's ever happened to the club.
Yes, the way we played this year proves this. I think even some of our biggest haters had to appreciate the way we played with our injuries.

      on field success
      professional set up
      business advise
      good coaching
      education
      development of junior players
      stable board
good and great players to play with

along with many things ive neglected to mention.

ask yourself how many of these boxes the tigers, warriors etc tick ?
      Yeah, good point.

I feel like when some of these pieces fall down, a good club can start to go backwards.

Both the Broncos and Bulldogs have had board trouble, coaching trouble, I know the Broncos lost a great junior in Sam Walker. They start losing and then good players want to play in a winning team.

Just to be clear, I believe we haven't neglected development.

We may not have too many players born and bred in our territory who move through the ranks to first grade.

But we have a great knack for debuting a player who then goes on to be a superstar.

Friend, Cordner, Manu, Latrell, Radley (a local as well)....
