I was going to have a sickie on Monday so i could go to the football but i think it's going to be a legitimate sickie now because it feels like i'm coming down with the flu.

Another gorgeous day here in the Outposts.......made even better by the fact both bosses are overseas - one for 4 weeks & the other until this Friday.......which means I get to wear my jeans!

Had a huge cookup of 4 different dishes yesterday & now have frozen meals so I don't have to cook for at least 3 weeks. Yes!

What the fricking hell is going on???????

Came into work this morning and went into the kitchen where I saw the wash up bowl covered with the tea towel...........did not leave it like that last night.

Then I lifted the tea towel & in the bottom of bowl was water (empty last night) with pink fluid floating around on it & on smelling it, it smelt like kerosene/cleaning fluid.

Didn't finish there..........lifted lid on kettle and the same smell assaulted me & on pouring out some water........pink fluid in the tea cup.

Needless to say kettle & washing bowl totally unusable again.....took photos on my phone camera and then rang the cleaners & left a message on his mobile. After which I locked office & went downstairs to see the landlords of building as they have the same cleaners & I spoke with them. They are also ringing cleaners today.

Someone does not like us...........the last month unexplainable things........stamps removed from their backing & piled one on top of each other on my blotter & then last week my little desk fan had been turned on at wall & on fan itself and left running all night.......spoke to cleaner both times.

Payback from someone he has working for him maybe??????????

Where is Miss Marples, Sherlock Holmes & Hercule Pirot when you need them????

Spoke with boss of cleaning company......he spoke with the cleaner who did our office last night........denying all knowledge of what happened. The cleaning boss is coming in tomorrow morning to see what I'm talking about........have hidden the "evidence" in next door office, just in case.

Have a locksmith friend coming in to change our door locks & the boss of cleaning company will be told their services are no longer required!!!

After I finish here, am off to buy a new kettle & wash up bowl.

Yes he's funny but do have a confession........went to see him here in Perth & fell asleep 1/2 way through the show. Was lucky he didn't spot me as was in 7th row from stage. LOL!

But.............also fell asleep during a James Morrison concert and quite regularly fell asleep at basketball games. I'm hopeless!

Oh no! Missed seeing him when he was here recently.

Fell asleep at a Chris Isaak concert in Utah but there was a very good reason.......had only arrived in USA the night before from Oz land.....on early morning flight out of LA to Salt Lake City........was very very jet lagged. I did pretty well though until about last 1/2 hour & then was out like a light and they could see me from the stage but they knew why I did. Got teased later about it.

Love Greece although Athens is a hole,the islands are lovely although last time i was there Mykonos was starting to get a bit too touristy and tacky.
Haven't been to Italy but saw a travel show on Cinque Terre in Italy and want to go.Hopefully travelling to Europe in 2010 or 2011 which will include the Greek Islands and maybe Italy.
