The rotation was so much better.

Friend played his best footy in 2013 when Morts gave him a 40min spell (including the HT break).

Friendy doesn't make good decisions when he's gassed so that break just makes an immnese difference to his game.

I agree on Baptiste btw. He's electric around dummy half and could wreak havoc if given an opportunity.

I can’t say much about Baptiste cause I don’t recall seeing him play. But if he was capable of “wreaking havoc”, he would have stayed in the NRL rather than gone to England. I hope he does wreak havoc.

He was forced out of the Raiders because they were over the salary cap around Christmas time when most clubs had already finalised their top 30's.

And he was stuck behind that pommy hooker who is a bloody good player.
But I'm all at sea, never having (or not remembering) see Baptiste play.

I remember in 2016 for 3 consecutive weeks Baptiste was on the bench for the Raiders and never played. Not quite sure if people are thinking that straight in picking him over Friend as how many of you have really seen him play- Seems people`s opinion are based on not liking the Co-Captain in wanting him in the side- is Friend the new Pearce ??

He definitely has value in the 17 though, some of his defence up the middle on some much bigger players was very impressive.
Hmm - I'm missing something, IMO most of the creative Dullbog play when Radley was on was right through him.

Whilst a fan of radley and I don’t think this is what in him week in week out his defence was horrific in places on the weekend. Very lazy attempt led directly for their first try and a really lazy attempt to make up for it - then a few more later in the match. I hope robo addresses this.

Radley lost some composure when the pressure was on the last 20

Once Friend returned AND Radley stayed on

the game was beyond for the dogs

Both were used well by the coach in that last game.

                        Eddie,

FWIW, I do rate him. Came thru the Broncos NYC.
Good fast service out of dummy half (which Cronk needs) and a good darter. He was watching on from the Roosters dug-out on Friday night so I don't know what the coaches plans are for him.

Prickly Ricky released him to the ESL. I bet he regrets that with his star Pommie hooker Hodginson out for the season.
